What Services do you Offer?
Evaluation and treatment of acute, non-life-threatening medical conditions, chronic disease management, and preventive care for patients of all ages, children and adults.

What States do you Provide Services for?
Dr. Sayess currently provides services to patients located within the states of Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts and Vermont. Prescribing Lifestyle telehealth services are provided by a secure HIPAA-compliant platform by video or phone.

How Much Does a Consultation Cost?
The initial new patient 60-minute consultation starts from $210 for members and is $350 for non-members. The duration of follow-up visits varies from 15 to-60 minutes and starts at $52.50.

Do you Accept Insurance?
Prescribing Lifestyle does not accept any insurance. Payments can be made by credit or debit cards. You can use your insurance for labs, imaging studies, and prescriptions.

What if I Need Labs or Imaging Studies?
Dr. Sayess can order labs and imaging studies to be done at a facility local to you. You can use insurance for those services if you wish.

What is the Cancelation Policy for Medical consultations with Prescribing Lifestyle?
Patients who wish to cancel or reschedule a medical consultation must provide at least 24 hours notice. Please do so to avoid a cancellation fee of $70.

What is the Cancelation Policy for Memberships With Prescribing Lifestyle?
Quarterly subscription fees are non-refundable. Annual subscription fees are refundable and pro-rated for the remaining time. There is an admin fee of $70 for processing annual subscription refunds. Patients must provide at least 30 days' notice.

What is the Cancelation Policy for Consultation Time?
All purchased consultation times are non-refundable and non-transferable. There is no expiration date on the consultation time purchased.
